The German version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative one.
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by SC Healthcare Placement, an offering of intrasaar media, Hochstr. 63, 66115 Saarbrücken, Germany, to facilities. Deviating conditions of the facility are not accepted unless we expressly agree to them in text form.
For professionals who register in the applicant portal, participation is free of charge. These terms and conditions do not apply to them. Registration, code profile and placement are available to professionals at no cost.
We place medical professionals with facilities in the DACH region and support professionals from third countries with recognition, work permits and visas. The exact scope of services follows from the respective order or quotation. Changes and additions require text form.
The prices agreed at the time of the order apply. All prices are net plus statutory value added tax. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.
Promised dates are targets. We are bound by them only where we have expressly confirmed them as binding in text form. Delays due to force majeure or due to the conduct of the placed professional or the facility are not charged to us.
A successful placement, an invitation, a work permit or actual commencement of employment are not a guaranteed result and are not owed. The decision to employ is made by the facility itself.
We treat all documents submitted by professionals as confidential. We pass them on only to the facility for which the professional has given consent. Facilities see only the anonymised code profile. Disclosure to third parties is excluded without consent unless required by law.
We are liable for damage only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability is limited to the order value of the respective order. Liability for lost profit is excluded.
We do not examine documents submitted by professionals for accuracy, completeness or authenticity. Each facility is itself obliged to check applications and evidence and to determine suitability at its own responsibility.
Ongoing orders may be terminated with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for important reasons remains unaffected. After a successful placement the fee falls due, even if the employment relationship later ends.
German law applies. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Saarbrücken, provided the facility is a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law. If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
