The German version of this privacy policy is the authoritative one.
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website, use the applicant portal, create a code profile or upload a dossier. Personal data means all data that can be used to identify you personally.
The controller responsible for data processing on this website and in the applicant portal is SC Healthcare Placement, an offering of intrasaar media.
intrasaar media, Hochstr. 63, 66115 Saarbrücken, Germany. Represented by Chaaban (Managing Director).
Server operation is likewise carried out by intrasaar media at the location named above. The data you submit to us is therefore processed and stored on servers in Germany.
For any privacy question you can reach us at kontakt@saar-care.de · Phone: +49 681 93872291
When this website is accessed, data is collected automatically: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is used only for troubleshooting and for the security of the website.
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form also contains a field that is invisible to people and which blocks automated submissions. We do not pass your data on without your consent.
When you register in the applicant portal we record master data (name, email address, phone number), your date of birth for age and duplicate checks, professional details (field of work, speciality, type of employment sought, years of professional experience, language level, target region) and any message you leave. Your date of birth is stored and evaluated for the age and duplicate check, but is not displayed publicly and is not passed on to facilities.
In your applicant profile you upload a dossier, for example a CV, proof of qualification or diploma, professional licence, recognition or reference documents, as well as any further files you choose to add. Your documents are handled exclusively by our own team. Facilities see only your anonymised code profile and never your documents.
Via the company portal we show facilities anonymised code profiles. These contain your qualifications, the type of employment you seek and your language level, but neither your real name nor your email address or phone number. Facilities receive your contact details only after you have expressly consented to their disclosure.
The legal basis for processing your applicant data and dossier documents is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You give it in the registration form by ticking the consent field, and you may withdraw it at any time by email. In the event of withdrawal we delete your data and documents unless a statutory retention obligation prevents this.
To protect the forms against automated spam, we use our own security check. This sets a technically necessary session cookie. To limit requests, we also store a salted hash of your IP address for no more than 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against abuse).
Your data is never sold and never used for advertising. Recipients are exclusively our own team and the facility for which you have released your data.
We retain your data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory or tax retention obligations remain unaffected.
This website uses no tracking cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used: a session for the login area, a store for your cookie choice and protection against automated submissions. You can change your choice at any time by confirming the notice at the bottom of the screen again.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted connection is recognisable in your browser's address bar by https.
You have the right at any time to obtain free of charge information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You can request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for our registered office.
We adapt this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
